EMBO SHORT TERM FELLOW Keren Zahlenchuck joins the SPPIN to work on advanced beam shaping strategies for mesoscale light-sheet microscopy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keren Zahlenchuck is going to rejoin SPPIN\u2019s team \u201cBiophysics of the brain\u201d (Oheim, https:\/\/www.sppin.fr\/<\/a>) from 1 September onwards. Keren is the recipient of an EMBO short term fellowship and will be working with Brieuc Chauvin, Hugo Touja and Martin Oheim on new strategies to keep light-sheets thin and well-defined over large propagation distances (fields of view). Her work will further strengthen SPPIN\u2019s traversal axis \u201cMulti-scale neuroanatomy\u201d (see https:\/\/www.sppin.fr\/multiscale\/<\/a>). Keren is a physics PhD student from Alon Bahabad\u2019s lab at TAU and she is a specialist in advanced beam shaping strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
